Fees

Sessions are 60 minutes in length. There is a sliding scale available depending on your financial situation. Fee will be discussed during our first contact.

Psychotherapy is not covered through OHIP although it is covered through many insurance plans. Be sure to check with your provider to see if they cover psychotherapy, counselling and / or Ontario Association of Mental Health Professional (OAMHP).

Fee is due at each session and a receipt will be provided.

Methods of payment include cash, cheque and e-transfer (if sent before the session)
